We hold stock on both sides: Spain serves Spain and the rest of the EU, Canada serves Canada. Your order ships from whichever is closer, which keeps the journey short and the paperwork boring.

The beds are designed in Canada and held regionally, so your delivery is regional, not international.

Your order ships from the nearer region, so the trip is short. The exact delivery time for your address is shown at checkout before you pay, and every order is tracked so you can follow it.

Standard shipping is €6.95 in Spain, €14.95 to Western Europe, €24.95 to the rest of the EU, and €39.95 to Norway and Switzerland. EU orders over €200 ship free. In Canada, standard shipping is $24.95 CAD and orders over $200 CAD ship free. Near Toronto? We deliver locally for free. Either way, you see the exact figure at checkout before you pay.

Every order ships with a tracking number. You get an email when the bed ships and another when it is out for delivery.

The bed is vacuum-packed inside a plain cardboard box, so it arrives smaller than you might expect. Unpack it and give it a few hours to loft back up.

Inside the EU there is nothing to do: your order ships from Spain and stays inside the EU customs area. Canada is the same story, shipped from Canada. Norway and Switzerland are the exception. Both sit outside the EU customs union, so your parcel clears customs on the way in and you may be asked to pay local import VAT and a small carrier handling fee before delivery. Those charges go to your customs office, not to us, so we cannot include them in the shipping price. We do not ship to the US or UK yet.

PO boxes (the box is too big) and APO or BFPO addresses. Some Spanish islands carry a surcharge or a short delay; if yours does, checkout will warn you before you pay.

If the carrier is running behind, we will let you know. If your order is taking noticeably longer than the estimate you saw at checkout, email hello@hairyhousemates.com and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
